The Bronze Suite Membership — Terms & Conditions

By accepting an invitation to join The Bronze Suite Membership (“Membership”), you (“Member”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Legal Entity & Structure
The Bronze Suite Membership is operated by The Bronze Suite LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland (“The Bronze Suite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The Bronze Suite is a private, invitation-only membership network curated at our sole discretion.

2. Nature of Membership
Membership constitutes a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to participate in the Bronze Suite network and its offerings. Membership does not confer any ownership interest, equity, partnership, voting rights, or agency authority in The Bronze Suite LLC.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or employment relationship between the Member and The Bronze Suite.

3. Membership Categories
Membership may be issued as:
an Individual Membership*, or
a Couple / Family Membership* for two designated individuals, as specified at enrollment.
For Couple or Family Memberships:
* One individual shall serve as the primary account holder.
* Both individuals receive access as licensed participants.
* Membership access may not be reassigned, substituted, or transferred without prior written approval from The Bronze Suite.

4. Membership Access & Benefits
Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:
Access to member-only gatherings*
* Priority invitations to select public events
* Invitations to virtual and in-person experiences
* Access to private communications, platforms, or materials associated with the network
Membership benefits are curated, discretionary, and subject to change. Not all events or experiences are included with Membership, and some offerings may require additional registration, ticketing, or fees.
No specific outcomes, connections, business opportunities, or benefits are guaranteed.

5. Founding Member Status
Members who join during a designated invitation window may be recognized as Founding Members.
Founding Member status:
* Reflects early participation in the network
* Is honorary in nature
* Does not guarantee perpetual benefits, pricing, or access
* Is non-transferable

6. Events, Attendance & Assumption of Risk
* Event invitations are subject to availability, capacity, and curatorial discretion.
* Attendance at any event is not guaranteed.
* Events may be private, public, partner-hosted, or ticketed separately.
Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in events, including but not limited to travel, health, safety, personal property, and interactions with third parties.

7. Fees, Payments & Refunds
* Membership fees are disclosed at the time of enrollment.
All membership payments are non-refundable*, except where required by applicable Maryland law.
* Membership fees do not include costs associated with specific events or experiences unless expressly stated.

8. Member Conduct & Termination
Members are expected to engage respectfully, thoughtfully, and in alignment with the values and spirit of the Bronze Suite.
The Bronze Suite reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate Membership, without refund, if a Member’s conduct is deemed disruptive, harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the integrity of the network.

9. Privacy & Communications
By enrolling, Members consent to receive communications related to Membership, events, and network updates.
Personal information will be handled with care and will not be sold or shared outside of the Bronze Suite’s operations, except as necessary to provide services or comply with applicable law.

10. No Reliance Disclaimer
Membership is intended to foster connection, cultural exchange, and shared experiences. Members acknowledge that they are not relying on the Membership for financial gain, professional advancement, investment opportunities, or guaranteed introductions or outcomes.

11. Force Majeure
The Bronze Suite shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications to Membership benefits or events caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, public health events, venue issues, labor disputes, or travel disruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, The Bronze Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to Membership or participation in events or experiences.

13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Maryland.

14. Acceptance
By enrolling in the Membership and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
